Athens, Greece – December 9, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 6.12.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 7,467 own shares at a weighted average price €32.3061 per share, of an aggregate value €241,229.60. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,243,352 own shares, percentage 3.6695% of the total number of shares issued by it.
