Athens, Greece – December 10, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 9.12.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 20,000 own shares at a weighted average price €32.7964 per share, of an aggregate value €655,927.56. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,263,352 own shares, percentage 3.6835% of the total number of shares issued by it.
