Athens, Greece – December 12, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 11.12.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 10,000 own shares at a weighted average price €33.0732 per share, of an aggregate value €330,731.98. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,298,352 own shares, percentage 3.7080% of the total number of shares issued by it.
