(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Fotios Spyrakos Chief Administration Officer & Head of CEO's Office of the Company, according to its notification towards the Company, sold on 30.4.2024, 8,694 common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 335,365.54.
