(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Petrides Ioannis, Lead Independent Director, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, according to its notification towards the Company, bought on 31.10.2023, 600 common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 20,856.00.
