(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Elenos Georgios Karaindros, Chief Strategy and M&A Officer / Chairman, M Concessions of the Company, according to its notification towards the Company dated 3.3.2023, sold on 28.2.2023, 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 50,110.00.
