Athens, Greece – 25 May 2023 – Following a request by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, dated 25/5/2023, on the occasion of today's publications in the electronic press, as mentioned in the Commission's relevant letter, in which it is noted for the "MYTILINEOS" that, "... acquires Unison one of the largest Greek companies specializing in the field of facility management..." and "...The imminent acquisition of Unison will be a new activity for MYTILINEOS...", for the information of the investing public, in accordance with par. 1 of the article 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, regarding the publisher's obligation to disclose privileged information, within the meaning of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, we note that:
The Company’s Management is constantly investigating opportunities for further development of our activities, including new sectors, such as the property management sector (Facility Management). In this context, we confirm that we are in the process of negotiations to draw up an acquisition agreement for the joint-stock company with the name "UNISON Facility Services, Sole Proprietor Anonyme Company for the Provision of Services, Commercial and Representations", without, however, having yet completed the process of drawing up a relevant binding agreement.
Once a definitive agreement is signed, the company's management will immediately inform the investing public, as required by law.
