Project Summary
Artemidos 8, the new MYTILINEOS office facilities project in Athens, Greece was completed in just 24 months and has been certified at LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Platinum, the highest LEED score for new construction projects.
The new 8,000m2 space meets the strictest requirements for environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings, creating energy/water efficiencies and a healthy work environment while reducing environmental impact and operating costs.
More specifically, the office building project scope included the development of 6 levels in total, 3 floors of 6.330m2 with a suite, an amphitheater/multipurpose meeting room, restaurant (independent building) and 3 underground levels of 14.860m2 with 346 parking spaces. Total construction area 21.190m2.
The surrounding area (65% of the total plot area) consists of 5.000m2 planted area/green space, as well as 2.600m2 pedestrian landscape and outdoor parking areas.
