Restauration-Extension Works & Façade Retaining of the Historical Building / Luxury Hotel OLYMPOS NAOUSA, with total surface of 2,400 m2.
The building is designated as a listed building and a "work of art and historical monument".
The scope of the project includes all the temporary foundations, the supply and installation of a metal scaffold supporting the listed face, the foundations of the main building, as well as the complete construction of the underground floors up to level 0 using the ''top to down'’ method.
